Where is Painted Pony Performing Arts Camp?
Painted Pony Ranch is a former Adirondack Dude Ranch that is situated in the beautiful Upstate NY region, adjacent to Adirondack Parklands in Lake Luzerne, N. Y.

What should campers bring with them to Painted Pony Performing Arts Camp?
Painted Pony Ranch in Lake Luzerne NY is set in natural forest lands and campers will be very comfortable without worrying about dressing up. Campers should pack clothing that is comfortable and suitable to the areas of the arts in which they will be working. Keep in mind that clothes should be easy to launder and that delicate fabrics should be avoided. You may want to include one nicer outfit for the Lake George Boat Cruise and/or one for the Rodeo. Painted Pony has a long history as an Adirondack dude ranch, so Cowboy Hats are welcome here! A nice dress or shirt and slacks are fine for these occasions. All clothing items must be identified with the camper's full name. Contact Us with any questions.

The list that follows is a suggested one. Since it takes only a few days for laundry to be returned, campers generally need enough clothing for 7 days. Closet and shelf space is limited and campers who bring too much will find themselves without enough space. Therefore, when packing for camp, "if in doubt, leave it out." One trunk or large suitcase will do.
